When we left “Big Law” to chart our own course, we were determined to establish a culture that is dogmatically focused on work-life balance, smarts, kindness, and continual learning. We take our work seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We like to laugh (especially at ourselves), have fun, and dress on the “casual” side of business-casual around the office.
